Brown-and-white Barbet
Taken 8th February 2016 According to my field guide, this is a White-headed Barbet (Lybius leucocephalus) and subspecies senex. However HBW has split the species so this is a Brown-and-white Barbet (Lybius senex) and a species endemic to Kenya. (it was a lifer for me either way). On the grounds of Hotel Troy, near Nairobi National park. For more details on my trip, see here: http://www.zoochat.com/808/trip-kenya-february-2016-a-435669/
