When I first read about the addition I thought it would only include the mesh tunnel around the plaza. Great to see that it's not only the tunnel, but also these tree lookouts for the primates!

Now this is an innovative and interesting idea. Good for Philly for trying something different in a situation where the more typical approach of creating naturalistic habitats is challenged by historic architecture and limited space. It will be fascinating to see how the primates utilize this.

Me too, that was my main reservation, that it was just wire tunnels. Glad to see this.

You know its good if reduakari approves of it :)

But it is a very good idea. Seems great for the primates, and doesn't take up too much space.

Kind of reminds me of Milwaukee's outdoor bonobo exhibit.

      A very creative idea,

Can anyone who has seen this give me a perspective on the size of this enclosure? Is the tunnel 3ft diameter??

If you know the size of a white-faced saki, you can use this video to get a sense of the scale.
