Elephant and enclosure

Was there only the single elephant in this award-winning enclosure?

Ergh terrible, what a blast from the past!
I think Hix mentioned that there were two. This elephant doesn't look very old either.

The second one was in the building at the back. Although the door is half open, the opening isn't large enough for them to get through (at least, they didn't appear to be able to squeeze through).

They were both about the same age, tusks just beginning to appear. I guess between five and eight years old.

Surely with all that oil money, something can be done about this, which surely is a national disgrace.
