Dortmund Zoo - Otter house

The house for giant otters and Asian small-clawed otters in Dortmund Zoo. A very nice little house, I must say.

It would be cool to compare the biggest otter with the smallest one.

The house makes a point of drawing attention to that by having both species names dsipalyed outside it - it works even better in German, as the two species have the common names 'Riesenotter' and 'Zwergotter' - Giant Otter and Dwarf Otter (although the Short-claws have alternatve common names as well).

On my visit last year I couldn't find any outdoors (or water) for the ASCOs. Do they rotate enclosures or did I just miss it?
