(4.0) Nigerian Dwarf Goats were born in March. "Four male Nigerian dwarf goats were born in March! The first pair were born to Luisa on March 23 and the second pair to Mirabel on March 27, and all four were sired by the Zoo's buck, Pekka. Stop by the Historic Farm to see the kids!"
Concept art of the upcoming Leopard Forest exhibit has been added to the future plans page of the zoo’s website.
Lots of interesting tidbits from a recent interview with the zoo's director, Rick Schwartz. Apparently the zoo is planning an orangutan complex that will also include new clouded leopard and hornbill exhibits.
