He is my most favorite koala because he was the first koala I was able to watch grew up after becoming a volunteer at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.... This is one of my last photos of him before he was sent to San Diego Zoo and then on to Zooparc de Beauval where he was sent to breed with their two females Alguna and Hanya..
My avatar is an elephant trying to get a trunk inside of the food thing in Zoo Granby. This elephant might be Thandi or Tutume. I think it is Tutume. He is from Germany. Well, I love that he uses his trunk to get the food out. A good enrichment for him
My profile photo is a photograph of a female Sable antelope at Woburn Safari Park. I've loved ungulates all my life with Sables being a particular favourite of mine and it was a real treat seeing the species for the first time last year.
