I discovered ZooChat a few months ago while googling facilities to research a trip and was astounded that I had not found this site before. I work as a pet care consultant and have volunteered at multiple zoos and animal shelters. I am hoping to add context regarding some facilities local to me where there seem to be long unanswered questions.
