      This individual was in the enclosure along the Trail of the Elephants. Any idea who she or he is?

      Where was this photo taken? Did you go behind the scenes? The location dosen’t seem familiar???
    • WhistlingKite24
      @Jambo No, the tiger was resting under a shelter. She was in full public view.
    • Jambo
      Oh. The tiger is either Binjai ( a 14 year old female) or her son Hutan ( a 8 year old male). Its great to finally see them laying down, because every time I tend to visit I always see them pacing up and down the enclosure.

      @Jambo Well that's good. There was quite a crowd surrounding him/ her, and she seemed quite comfortable.

      Did you see Indrah (female sumatran tiger) in the carnivores trail?
    • WhistlingKite24
      @Jambo I saw the tiniest indication of a tiger among the bamboo, along the Carnivores Trail.
    • Jambo
      Yeah, she always hides behind the bamboo.

      How did you rate the Carnivores trail?
    • WhistlingKite24
      @Jambo
      I didn't mind it, it was better than I expected. It was certainly an interesting mix of carnivores. The snow leopard and coatis were definite highlights.
    • Jambo
      The first snow leopard enclosure is definitely a great transition from the old syrian bear enclosure!
