Where is this enclosure being built?? where the camels were, it wasn't there when I visited in 2008, same question for the bantenenclosure?
The Addax enclosure is close to the armadillos/birds of prey. This photo was taken from a very new-looking viewing area so I'm not surprised to find it is new. The Bantengs were in the next paddock round from the European Bison, opposite the Mandrills.
