    • gentle lemur
      My semi-educated guess is Copadichromis borleyi, as the fish in the centre has long ventral fins which are characteristic of borleyi males, although it does not yet have the adult male body colouration. This is another species with many different races around Lake Malawi.

      Could be young opthalmotilapia?, a featherfin from lake tanganyika.

      @dublinlion Possibly so, they look like quite young fish, which makes identification trickier than ever.
