      This is a truly beautiful bird. Does it live in a good-sized exhibit for its needs?

      I can't decide from this picture whther this eagle is in a well planted aviary, or whether it's a trained bird outside , and its jesses are hidden by leg feathering.
      In one of Captain Knight's books, there is a photo of four trained eagles in the air at once. African Crowned, Martial, Bald & Golden.

      It's in a well planted aviary. One of the best raptor exhibits in the US

      Thank you; it looks lovely. A trained one of these in the UK many years ago 'gripped' the owner's arm, making quite a mess.
