Amersfoort zoo (NL) Old enclosure
These types of artificial rocks could be found in a lot of enclosures in the old days of the zoo. These red rocks were mainly used for smaller enclosures for racoons, pelicans etc, but also a couple of larger ones for camels, gaur and watussi. Now almost all enclosures in this style have disappeared except for 2 near the entrance. One for otters and this one is for nutrias
