What is the current situation with Andean condors in Australia?
    • EmilyKate
They cannot be find in the wild in Australia. You can find them at Taronga zoo though and Australia zoo. There might be a few others around in other zoos but I'm not too sure. At Taronga zoo two Andean condors had an egg which was successfully hatched, which I'm pretty sure is the picture I have above. Hope this was something you were looking for? =)

Taronga has a breeding pair, Connie and Bruce. They have produced I think 3 or 4 eggs in which 2 have hatched successfully (dont quote me on that because im not sure)

No I think you are right. =) They do have a pair, and they have produced a few young, I think one of them has gone to Australia zoo.
