Unusually big seal enclosure for a zoo. Very, very deep as well, as has been showed in another picture in the Kolmården gallery. And if I am not mistaken, when the seals climb out of the water they have a view over miles and miles of a fjord and forest landscape. Whether this has an importance or not to a seal I don´t know, but I always like it when an animal in a zoo can look long beyond the enclosure it is confined to. Tigers, for instance, are said to appreciate it.
