IMO, if they added some sort of substrate and some logs, this would make a better home for the baboons than that which they're in.
There's actually a baboon mountain for hamadryas baboons, I'm trying to get photos up but its taking ages. One of these empty bear cages would probably be better for the olive baboons, but I'd worry about the neighbours.
As of this summer, this particular cage was home to a lone Asiatic black bear. The zoo also has at least three 'European' brown bears.
