Now that the black leopard at Houston has passed away, I wonder if Bronx is the only AZA zoo in the USA that still exhibits black leopard?
What will they do with this exhibit once the mother-daughter pair that currently live there pass?
It's currently unknown and there have been numerous theories for it such as everything ranging from binturong and clouded leopards (as exhibited originally) to monitor lizards and other herps which can all be seen in the two Bronx zoo news thread
The Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens should still have one and they're AZA accredited.
