      Difficult angle. I think it's an Indian Ringneck mutation.

      I would say Princess Parrot mutation rather than Indian Ringneck, based on the shape of the tail as well as the markings on the head (a white chin extending back slightly to form a partial ring and slight blue marking on the crown is typical of the blue mutation of Princess Parrots).

      I've never seen a blue Princess Parrot to my recollection, but you are probably correct in your ID.

      Having kept Blue Princesses I can confirm that is what it is.
