@GraysonDP What other exhibits at Brookfield could you consider weak? The only other building I could think of is the former perching bird house.

This gorilla exhibit is most certainly a hit or miss. The climbing areas and the social groupings are both very impressive. Yet the lack of substrate, naturalism, and privacy all make this exhibit below average, but not terrible. If a outdoor yard was added (preferably on the site of the old baboon island), plus real substrate indoors and maybe some real vegetation, this could become a above average exhibit.

@pachyderm pro I'm sorry but in my book all exclusively indoor ape exhibits are terrible. Also I quite dislike the cat grottoes and Seven Seas and the hoofstock row is quite weak.

@GraysonDP I agree that the hoofstock paddocks are uninspiring and should be replaced with bigger and better African exhibits. The cat grottos are better than most I've seen. They all have grass and a fair amount of enrichment. Seven Seas is a solid exhibit, a bit small but is still 1,000,000 gallons is quite a bit. Could use a small touch up, but is still not bad. In my slightly biased opinion, Brookfield does not have a single complex that I would refer to as "terrible". Yet at the same time, the zoo lacks a true brilliant complex.
