      @PAT thank you! It wasn't easy, as there is a wooden bar/log preventing you from coming close to the mesh. I'm happy I got this picture though!

      @Kakapo I honestly couldn't tell you! On the three times I went to their enclosure, both males always held their tail up like this, and this male's wattle was always "extended" (the other one kept it in the more usual way, as can be seen in the other picture). This male screamed at least 4 times while we were looking at it, which I think might be a part of the actual display? I honestly don't know enough about the species to tell you... Either way, they're fantastic!
