      wow, how many gibbon species do they have?

      There are four species of gibbon. There are Mueller's and siamangs on their own islands, plus white-handed in with the sumatran orangutans. I didn't label this photo because I'm not 100% sure which species they are. It's hugely impressive to have 4 species of gibbon plus gorillas, orangutans and bonbos all at the same zoo.

      According to ISIS these are Buff-cheeked Gibbons.

      Thanks for checking Mario. I bet that there aren't that many North American zoos with 4 different species of gibbon.

      I can't really think of any other zoo that have more than 2 gibbon species.

      Columbus might?..have more than 2 species.
