      Great news. I find the iberian wolf to be the most beautiful of all the gray wolf subspecies. (And of course their more endangered status makes them a worthwhile addition to any zoo).

      It is brilliant news, Blackpool will hold a pair from Woburn (siblings born in July 2010) - Blackpool will become the fourth holder in the UK if I'm correct (Woburn, Howletts and PL being the other three).

      Can you reveal why? A member of staff [Although could be wrong] told me that they would be housing a brother and sister born in July 2010. After they arrive, settle in, etc then a search will be onto to move one of them and bring in a new partner for the remaining animal.

      Blackpool should be getting a breeding pair with 2 cubs before the summer season starts. (but it all could change!)
