Hey Hornbill, apparently my photo has left you speechless. Am I really that good?

This isn't one of the better ones, But I haven't seen this species before.

It is an old photo, from 1977. I'm amazed you've never seen this species before. The annimals which were common in my younger days seem to have all but disappeared now. Some of my pictures are copies of slides which have been scanned. Sometimes slides do not copy well. I'm still looking at doing it myself. Others are just bad pictures, some I hope, are good. ISIS shows none in Britain, but the park in Stafford has an aviary and they have crimson-wings. More to your liking they also have Temminck's Tragopans and Reeves' Pheasants. There is also a tame Crimson Rosella which always comes up to me and follws my every movement. Last summer I saw a small finch (can't remember which species) with a Reeves' Pheasant tail feather trying to get the feather into a nestbox. The entrance hole to the box was about 20 times smaller. Nevertheless the finch kept trying for at least 15 minutes. Then I left.
