      Nice shot!

Wow! A shot to be proud of TLD.
Are they easy to see, or do you have to stake out the exhibit?
      (Kit-Kat style :D)

On my first visit to this collection - when I took this photo - both individuals were incredibly active.

However, I am given to understand they are almost always impossible to see; something backed up by the fact that on my *second* visit to this collection it took about a dozen attempts at returning to the enclosure before one was briefly visible for about 20 seconds :p

      So a stake-out is advised!

Not the only ones......there's a private breeder in the UK with them.
    • TeaLovingDave
Note that I said that over two years ago! :p

I believe the private breeder in question got their animals *from* RSCC as a matter of fact.

ahh....I didn't look at the date. But I'm pretty sure she's had them over two years.
    • zoogiraffe
Still doesn't alter the fact that as far as I know all the ones in private hands in the UK came from RSCC!

Ok chill ;) Not sure what's going on here, but I was only saying that Hamerton's aren't the only ones outside of Germany, and it seems like you're getting a bit shirty:confused:

I'll keep my trap shut in future then:D

I don't think zoogiraffe is getting shirty :p he always writes like that!

One other possible holder which has emerged in the two years since I took this photo (other than the aforementioned private collection, RSCC and Hamerton) is Shaldon down in Devon, whose slow loris have always been labelled as Nycticebus coucang but which were referred to as bengalensis in a recent press release. I am told there is doubt on this matter, however.
