      I have versions of this shot with and without the car. I have posted the car version to give some safari park context.

      Because of the car and ste stones in front of the hooves,
      it looks like a "pigmy-version".
    • Maguari
      This is a female Nilgai rather than a Pere David's. :)

      It's a nice shot though - I always like 'context' zoo shots - with animal/exhibit/visitors all present.

      Thanks Maguari, now corrected. You learn something every day, and today for me its how similar a Pere David's and Nilgai look while completely bedraggled by February at Knowsley :)
