      You sure this is not a Russet-backed Oropendola? Juvenile Green Oropendola looks very like adults.

      The adults were in there too and they were defiantly green oropendolas.

      Not possible there were two species in the exhibit? The bill, yellow to forehead and head duller green than chest and back don't fit Green Oropendola. Juvenile not very different. Description and illustrations in New World Blackbirds by Alavaro Jaramillo and Peter Burke.
