      I count a dozen here. have they bred any since then?

      They may have dispersed some as they regulary breed and nearly reached 20 in numbers once I think.

      When I visited earlier in the year they were hoping to have at least 10 young this year,also according to ISIS they have 25 now.Also I`m not aware of any having left the collection,because none have gone to any other U.K collections and to the best of my knowledge none have gone to another part of the world.

      That is what I was thinking(the last part) I hope they keep all they breed and develop a really large herd. Would be unique in zoos/parks and maybe in time they will replace the big herds of Indian deer in this enclosure.
