Extendable cage
This photo shows the extendable cages between the two Sumatran Tiger enclosures, female on the left and male on the right... This allows the zoo to provide both the female, Molek, and the Male, Oz, with their own territories and the animals only come together for breeding purposes in an attempt to replicate the wild... The female will also be able to keep any cubs in her territory... This photo was taken on the 20.01.2008 and at this time the two animals were together for one of their meetings (and hopefully copulations)...
