      I believe it was also modified for elephants at one stage... :O

      Also, according to a 60's guide book, this held quite a large kodiak bear which was born at whipsnade.

      Except the abovementioned species this house was held also a Chimpanzee, Binturongs, Sand cats ...

      Unfortunately the building is temporarily closed due to the introduction of a breeding pair of Aye-ayes ... at least You can read this info on the table of the entrance door of the building ... but AFAIK the London Zoo's present specimens have been living here for several years. If anybody knows more about this thing please let me know ...
