      Does anyone know where in the zoo this aviary was? I don't recognise it from the current zoo, so I'm guessing its no longer present?

      no the zoo have a young free flying pair oh hybrid but showing colouration of blue and gold macaws. the scarlet macaws are no longer part of the collection and i believe the aviary was removed to make way for a new exhibit.

      It is the red tailed black cockatoo aviary

      Yes, you are right it is that aviary, for some reason I had convinced myself it was a different aviary.

      I have attached a photo of the aviary in its current incarnation.
