We get it,you hate the exhibit

It's not that he hates it, it's just that he is being honest about flaws of the exhibit. He also said the truth about the orang exhibit in Los Angeles about not having enough shade and climbing structures. We just have to admit the fact that the exhibits are not good enough for this species of animals.

I know its bad and im not saying i disrespect his opinion but it just gets annoying to here how much he hates that they don't have an outdoor exhibit and that its so disgusting. The orangutans will get there turn when it comes but right now the zoo is focusing on some of the even worse exhibits like the polar bear habitat, trust me...it was like frankenhabitat.

At the Cleveland Zoo the Orangs have zero outdoor access, but the exhibit gives them tons of places to hide and ample climbing opportunities, however the indoor exhibit is 100% fake. Cleveland also does not have any plans what so ever to build an outside enclosure. Another zoo I know of where the Orangs have no outdoor access is Tropic World in Brookfield, which is also 100% fake. Pittsburgh too, they probably have the worst.

Pittsburgh's orangutan enclosure is horrendous, Brookfield's is okay for the apes but the viewing opportunities are brutal, Toronto has a 30 year-old, all-indoor exhibit that is mainly metal bars and concrete, and Cleveland's is probably the best of all the orang exhibits that are exclusively indoors. Maybe I should visit you in Cleveland to see the rainforest there!:)

Of the all indoor orangutan exhibits which is the worst: Toronto, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Racine, Brookfield, Fort Wayne or Birmingham? I've seen four of them and would put Pittsburgh as the worst with this one right behind.

@GraysonDP Those exhibits that you mention are all very poor. Toronto is the absolute worst in my opinion and this photo is now 9 years old and presumably the enclosure looks the same now as it did back in 2008.

      Exactly the same!
