Turkeys in the old Musk Ox exhibit

These are 2 of the 4 random Turkeys in the old Musk Ox exhibit, which also contains 2, I believe male, Bison. Anyone have any idea about this?

The male bison do live in this exhibit.

They could be wild turkeys. Wild turkeys are smart enough to know where easy food is. In the domain its quieter so they can hide in the forest while having access to easy food. The other exhibits throughout the rest of the zoo dont really offer the same quite and isolation which might be why you don't see them the rest of the time. But they could be zoo animals added to liven up the exhibit a little.

Gonna be honest, for some reason wild Turkeys didn't cross my mind. Brain fart I guess.

Wild turkeys were the first thing that crossed my mind because I see them all the time given where I live.

Yeah, I live in Scarborough so I never see wild Turkey. Sometimes I forget where the zoo is located.
