Since this place is a "Conservatory & Sanctuary" does that mean it should be cut some slack in regards to having grim, aesthetically awful cages? Just from glancing through the 31 photos I can immediately tell that it is not AZA-accredited (although neither is Toronto Zoo) and yet it continues to exist in that nether region of captive wildlife establishments that should either be shut down or ignored. Yikes! Perhaps without this facility many big cats and other animals would have to be euthanized, and so one could argue that there is a justification for the existence of this establishment.
