Golden White-eye

Although having a population of more thn 50,000 individuals this species is classed as critically endangered because it is inly found on two islands in the Northern Marianas, and Saipan (with the largest population) has recently been invaded by the Brown Tree Snake and White-eye is expected to decline drastically in the near future. March 2012
