      This species is so rare in zoos! How many of uakaris do they have? And do them breed well? I wonder the reason why they are so rare in captivity, as the several species of sakis are popular in zoos.

      They have a male and two females. They haven't bred anytime recently and apparently these are older individuals.

      They apparently are very sensitive animals, with the males being very territorial. Maybe this accounts for why they are not present in more zoos?
