Spectacled Flying Fox at Lubee Bat Conservancy, 11/10/13

[i]Pteropus conspicillatus[/i] Lubee has just one single (very friendly) female of this beautiful species, who came to the centre following a customs confiscation.

      Beautifull species, are there any more specimens in the USA with which it could be paired-up ?

      I'm not aware of any other individuals outside the species' range countries (Australia, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia). She's very happily living with Little Golden-mantleds and Variables at the moment. :)
