ZOO Antwerpen - Birds of Prey Aviaries

Some of the larger bird of prey aviaries in ZOO Antwerpen. These aviaries house bataleur eagles (Terathopius ecaudatus) and Andean condors (Vultur gryphus). The Bird of Prey aviaries that were originally built as part of the Jubilee Complex which opened in 1968 to celebrate the zoo’s 125th anniversary (also including the Nocturama, Aquaforum and Carnivore exhibits).
