Former Dolphin pool

The big ground central tank, used today for sharks and rays, was the former dolphin pool, I didn't knew that, I knew, they had dolphins since their opening, but I had no idea, where they had kept them before the opening of the second building. A few days ago,I've got an older broschure of the aquarium where I found this picture. Sorry for the poor quality.

this doesn't look real. it looks as if they're models. the pool looks odd too, with that light.

From what records I've read at the aquarium, their were only three dolphins, not four as pictured. And as stated by sealion it looks as though the dolphins are fake. The dolphins would also be larger than a person.

Interesting, I don't know how old this broschure is I've taken this picture, but why they are using fake dolphins for this picture ? But they have kept the dolphins in this pool ? In the guidebook 1986, they have kept belugas in it.

Of course the dolphins are fake, there are penguins in the picture, too, and they must be fake too, you can't keep little penguins together with dolphins....

ok. so we know that the picture is fake. But why would they show a picture of dolphins when the dolphins were moved out 4 years before. Is it to intice visitors to come in?

      this is really strange...

if u look all the dolphins are picture on their side they are also all blackish. It is probably painted or tiled on the floor of the tank to be seen from the upper floor. to me, it looks like the penguins are also painted and that for some reason the tank is empty.
