Upland Tropical Rain Forest

No clue what the species is.

Looks like a Paroaria cardinal, probably Red-capped I'd say from a bit of a Google.

Definitely a Red-capped Cardinal, it's easy to distinguish them from the other cardinal species.

Not so much the recently-split Masked Cardinal (at least, not from the unhelpful angle this bird has set itself at!).
