That's a fine group of Gaur. I really wish someone in Europe would look at ways of getting sperm (say) from some of the US herds across to attempt to some "high tech" breeding efforts with this animal. Everyone knows that the European population is in need of new blood, and for an animal with a close domestic relative where AI is routine this inaction does seem a shame.
