      The bill is way too thick and the head- and tail-shape are wrong for Spangled Drongo (the only Australian drongo). In fact, to me it doesn't look like any species of drongo, but it does looks like a Metallic Starling. That's also supported by the background which looks like part of the communal nest this species make. For comparison, Glossy-mantled Manucode have a broader tail, a more thickset body and a proportionally smaller head. Metallic Starlings are larger than European Starlings and not much smaller than the Spangled Drongo, so I wouldn't call them 'tiny'.
