This large, world-class jaguar exhibit is currently home to a male and female, who each have the enclosure for a full day as they rotate back and forth from an off-exhibit den. The zoo hopes to introduce the two big cats during 2010 to perhaps encourage them to breed, which would be tremendously exciting for zoo visitors. It is interesting how easy it is to spot which cat is on display, as the male is a lot thicker and larger than the female, and he is not quite as active.
