Wow Giant eland, Wow !!!, thanks for sharing this photograph of such an Amazing Caprid species !!!, Himalayan gorals havent been in Europe for a really long time, the only zoo outside of there home range that has them is the Kyoto City Zoo in Japan
Well it turns out that claim is not quite true, it also turns out Kyoto City Zoo doesn't have them any longer, according to zooinstitutes, places that have them are, 5 zoos in India, 1 zoo in Nepal, and also Singapore Zoo
For information on the Singapore Zoo Gorals, see here: http://www.zoochat.com/40/singapore-zoo-2008-chinese-gorals-133033/
For the most part the collection at New Dehli Zoo consists primarily of species native to the Indian subcontinent, but they do have some species and subspecies native to other regions of the world, examples of non-native taxa in their collection that come to mind include Cape buffalo (Syncerus caffer caffer), Common chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes), Sika deer (Cervus nippon), River hippopotumas (Hippopotamus amphibius), African bush elephant (Loxodonta africana), Giraffe (Giraffa camelopardalis), Hamadryas baboon (Papio hamadryas), Red lechwe (Kobus leche leche), Plains zebra (Equus quagga) and Jaguar (Panthera onca), I am sure that there were several others in the past As for species native to India, their collection is quite extraordinary, look through the gallery and check out their website and you will see what I mean!
