Chinese New Year Celebrations

This year is the "Year of the Rabbit" according to the 12-animal Chinese Zodiac. A temporary rabbit display was set up at the Bird Park. The rabbits are housed in a boat! A keeper is present throughout the day to protect the rabbits from unruly kids.

Seems pretty simple for this year, but what about the year of the dragon?

      They'll display Bearded DRAGONS! :D

In past Year of the Dragon, the Zoo highlighted their Komodo Dragons and Underwater World aquarium featured Water Dragons and Dragon Moray Eels.
