Wild Amazonia - Jaguarundi exhibit

Glass-fronted Jaguarundi exhibit located along the walkway of Wild Amazonia. Very oddly it has no water feature!

This exhibit alone makes me want to go there.

Wow! I guess this is the only Jagarandi exhibition in Asia!

Are there any in Japan? The strangest things seem to turn up there.

I was wondering about that too, and would not be surprised if there are Jaguarundi there. Japan has some amazing rarities in their zoos..

There were in the Higashiyama zoo, Nagoya, but the last species died in 2010.

Just in case anyone's interested, they have two differently coloured jaguarundis. One is ashy grey and the other is reddy brown.
