Siamese Crocodile (Crocodylus siamensis)

at Cat Tien National Park in southern Vietnam, August 2015. This species was reintroduced here from 2001 onwards and the population is now well-established. They are easy to spot at Crocodile Lake.

      Nice to see such a rare species back in the wild. Hopefully there will be no hybrids with saltwater crocodiles as there are in captivity.
