      Indeed. There was a second individual in this tree that we didn't notice for some time (I think it's genuinely invisible in this photo!).

      I've looked for them in southern Mexico but wasn't so lucky as you was ( saw them however in captivity ).

      Keel-billed and Chestnut-mandibled Toucans and Collared Aracaris were all common in Tortuguero - though I never did manage to get a decent photo of a wild Chestnut-mandibled, through a series of near-misses!

      The closest I came is attached - the even-more-impressively-camouflaged Chestnut-billed Toucan (Ramphastos swainsonii)!
