Aalborg Zoo - Tropical House (Rainforest exhibit)

The mixed-species rainforest exhibit inside the Tropical House in Aalborg Zoo. The species living in here are greater indian hill mynah (Gracula religiosa intermedia), chinese water dragon (Physignathus cocincinus) and central american wood turtle (Rhinoclemmys pulcherrima manni). There is also a small pool with several species of fish. The Tropical House is a good example of 1980’es zoo architecture and features mostly reptiles but also a few small mammals, birds, amphibians and fish. July 2012
