Yes, pretty much. Obviously there's a corner of the cage which is out of view. There's a small indoor space (clearly with limited access) and there are usually showers running in the outdoor cages throughout the summer. The bears tend to sit in a corner, sleep or pace for most of the day, with at least one of the bears being available for the public to feed at any time.
