      There were about 12 in the botanic gardens, but i've seen more since then, and Red Colobus too.

      Wow, red colobus are very nice and interesting, now I always associate them with Coal, because I once saw a documentary about them and it showed them stealing coal to the natives.
      btw, which specie of red colobus?

      I would think it would have had to have been the Ugandan Red Colobus (P. tephrosceles).

      The book I have with me is Kingdon's Field Guide (2004) and it refers yto it as the Central African Colobus (Piliocolobus oustaleti tephrosceles), but it may have been raised to specific status since then. Will have to check when I get home.
