Psittacula alexandri dammermani

Crappy photo. Taken at Avifauna Bird Park, The Netherlands. 2007. One bird pooking its head out of a nest box a few times and the other kept at the very back of the aviary, only showing itself a few times while I was watching them. Only 1 pair kept on public display. This Indonesian subspecies is a very rare in captivity (both in zoos and private breeders) Avifauna is the only ones listed on ISIS.
